Architecture: Reviews and approves applications submitted by residents for home/yard upgrades or additions.

Directory: Responsible for distributing and updating the current neighbohood telephone directory.

Park: Works with the MUD on upkeep and improvements for the detention pond area,  manages the upkeep and improvement of the playground equipment, makes recommendations on landscpae and improvements.

Pool: Works with the pool management company, sets the schedule of operating hours, purchases and maintains pool furniture, oversees the use of the Community Center.

Social: Responsible for organizing the neighborhood's social events throughout the year.  These events include the Easter Egg Hunt, Memorial Day Picnic, Children's 4th of July Parade, Kindergarten Party, Adult Pool Party, Fall Festival, and Breakfast with Santa.

Neighborhood Watch: The chairperson of this committee works with the Harris County Sheriff's Deputy patroling our community.  Block captains notify the community of updated security information and distribute Wortham car stickers.

Tennis: Manages the tennis courts, schedules activites, oversees care and maintenance.

Welcoming: Updates and distributes welcome packages to Block Captains and/or new residents.
